I don't know where from, but I have heard that if the speed of the flame is slowed down, it'll look larger. Right now from I see, the flame looks pretty small.
I've never used stock footage before so I can't help much on that but it's just a fun fact that I've heard of and sharing it could be helpful.
Whatever I just said may not be 100% true because I don't have any evidence, but just try it out.
Good luck on your project.

He will [s](thank Horus)[/s]. He's only in it for a small gag, and has a little bit of dialogue, but not fast movements.

If I use him for anything else in the future, I may sit down and try to learn how to use AE or Hitfilm's particle engines properly and see what I can come up with using either of those. Like you say, for faster movements I'd need the flame tor eact, and stock footage doesn't.

It's short, and I think it's ok, but I'm not sure. It's quite limited by the stock footage I have too; my main concern now is whether it looks 'there'.

Feedback would be much appreciated. He's only appearing for like 5 seconds at the end of The Defenders but I want to make sure it looks decent, especially since there are tons of Ghost Rider brickfilms where the flames look awful.
