Process is as slow as a snail marathon. I've been really enjoying college but it has been taking up my free time like nothing.

I'm looking for a voice actor currently; someone who can realistically do an angry voice. If you know of someone or think you'd be up to it PM me.

Meanwhile here's a very interesting photo:

Editing is going very slowly and isn't going to speed up any time soon. I'll hopefully get some done at the weekend. College however is so far going very well; I've already gone on a photography trip. Here's a photo:
I have a suggestion. You could fill the soundscape as fully as possible then add a high or a low pass filter giving it a very muffled effect. Adding a ring would make it very similar to certain scenes in movies after explosions. Or just absolutely no sound at all, just gradually fade out all the sound.
In the finished edit of the scene, I went for gradually fading out the sound in the middle and then bringing it back towards the end when more action takes place.
Editing is going smoothly. I'm about halfway through and 3/4th's of the way through the whole film. I have college from Thursday though so I would imagine that progress will slow.
Also, trailer wise; I'll probably only release a trailer a week or so before I actually release the film.

Thanks everyone! :)
With the footstrep idea, I've made the footsteps slightly louder than usual and added a very slight echo to them. I've found low hums can really add to the atmosphere of a film like this although it doesn't fit this particular scene. For this scene, I've gone for a repetitive machine sound that isn't too loud but feels like fills in when the minifigure isn't walking about. Sounds that are repetitive help sometimes in creating tension since they can sound like a ticking clock. I've also used the cloth swishing together idea.

Rio is right. Audacity does have those features, and in particular, I've found the reverb in it to be very handy in creating some really amazing atmospheric soundscapes. If you want to know how cool it is, just record yourself tapping or even hitting on your mic, and then add a good amount of reverb. It sounds so cool.

Also, I'm just picturing how the sound is going to turn out with this film after reading these amazing ideas. This is going to be one heck of a brickfilm.
