Thinking back, it probably wasn't, but when I was making the film, I wanted the final scene to re-emphasize how much the dog meant to the man, both in how he improved the man's life, and how he was a loyal friend to the man.

This film was my entry into the Friendships and Rivalries (FAR) competition run by brickfilms.com in 2008. It tells the story of a homeless man who's life completely changes when he finds a stray dog in an alley. My longest film to date, both in length and the amount of time from scripting to finished product (about 5 months). Enjoy!
