The strange look was kinda how I wanted it to look, to get a more of a futuristic out-of-this world feel, granted there are a lot more I could have added to it to enhance it and make it more of a gun flare.

			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Space Muzzle test]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I made a very small test just to play around with a few elements in After Effects and such.

I uploaded to my Flickr page, I made it around a month ago, though I'd thought It'd be nice to share here.
The Muzzle contains stock from Video Copilot's Shockwave pack. I through together a random sound effect to go with.

Another thing to note is the background is Green Screen, not that well done but the best I could get at the time, also there is an overlay of a film burn that I decided to  add just to add a more surreal look.

Criticism is welcome
