			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Yep, it has to do with one basic thing. 
Sony Vegas doesn't do well with converting from one frame rate to the next. 
At all.

So if your raw footage is 15FPS, then you will need to export your final film in 15FPS.
Without much research or investigation, that's the only easy solution that I've found.
And I have yet to find a solution for that when burning my videos to a DVD.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Do you render your video at 15fps? I didn't get interlaced lines but I did used to get ghost frames as a result of Vegas defaulting to a different frame rate. I fixed this by changing the frame rate in the render options and by setting a Keyframes option to 0.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[So I do my capture and edit in Sony Vegas v10.  Quality is beautiful in the editor.  Sounds are great.  Nice 1280 x 720 resolution.  15 fps.

When I render the movie as a mp4 and play back as mp4 using media player, occasionally there will be horizontal lines on one or two frames - mostly when there is fast movement.  What causes that and how do I remove it?]]></content>
