Hey guys, I'm having trouble deciding on a relatively good format to transcode my footage in Prelude CC, and an export format for Media encoder, AE, Premiere, etc. My files are h.264 1080p from my Canon. I edit on Windows, and have the whole Adobe CC Suite.

Thanks in advance!
