Technically, this hasn't been filmed in the last decade but has been released in 2012, so I'd say it still counts. It's a really an awesome must-watch.

Then I'd recommend:

Jurassic Floor

And I totally second pretty much everything that's already been mentioned. Honestly there have been many great and incredible brickfilms in this past decade, it actually is fairly hard to remember them all.

And you know, the fact that Parry Gripp loved it so much he got Hazzat's adaption shown at the Santa Barbara Film Festival and flew Hazzat out to meet him (correct me if I'm wrong on that bit).

So I was absent from the community for a while and I'm sure I've missed some fantastic films. I've decided to start this thread so we can highlight the best work from 2010 to 2014 and I can try to catch up (but particularly the ones from before 2014 as there will likely be a Best of 2014 thread at some point). Obviously they don't need to be 10/10 all-time classic quality as in most cases it would be too early to tell anyway, but hopefully we can get some discussion on great recent brickfilms going (assuming it hasn't all been boring IP based stuff while I was away... right?).

Anyway, some of the films that even I haven't missed include:

Henri & Edmond: Droits d'Auteur by Maxime Marion (2011)
