			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Yeah you should use the dynamic link between AE and premiere. 

Edit your film in premiere, right click clips you want to add effects to, open in after effects.

Also, if you're an Adobe post producer like me, do you prefer After Effects or Premiere Pro?

I've always used After Effects until now. I'm just finding Premiere Pro so much more intuitive than After Effects, and so much quicker too.]]></content>
