What is a good starter set for a power functions set? I'm trying to make a working DSLR rig, and I'm thinking of using technic. Then I thought I'd us power functions and make it automated. I don't have a lot of technic, so where's a good place to start?

I'm thinking of getting set 42030, but maybe there's a better set?
