I agree with Pritchard on all points, but do have a few I could add.

The story didn't seem at all like a stand alone story, but a scene out of a movie.

One thing I think might have helped a lot here would have been changing the aspect ratio. If you pause it at almost any frame, it's got a pretty cinematic feel to it, between the lighting, color correction, and framing. All that looks really good together, the next thing would be a much wider aspect ratio. 16:9 could have really made this look 'real', I think. Take a look at these poorly made examples:

Also, while doing that, I realized that he seemed to be just slightly out of focus during a lot of shots. Might want to try and fix that.
The sets and lighting are great, the forest is dense and overgrown, and the mini-scale castle is pretty sweet.
But the animation kinda brings things down, it's jumpy, and the horses look like they're going through seizures.

The voice acting seems good, but the use of the Ringwraith wail is a bit cliche and unoriginal.
I like the gray outfit though!

Different music would have helped sell the "scary/creepy" aspect more, and little was explained as far as a story.
Almost like it's only a small scene of a much bigger story. Still, with a bit of refining, your work could get really good.
Maybe with more time, and not just a week.
Thanks for the input, anyone else with input is welcome to throw it my way.
