Wammy, what you're doing is LINKING to the photo.
In the site's code, there's text and spaces and lots of other things, then it comes down to your post and there's a bit of code saying "Hey, you know that picture over on Facebook, show that here."

The picture is still being stored over on Facebook, and if you delete the picture there, the link will go to that spot and won't be able to find anything. So it'll just kinda sit there showing nothing. If you don't want a ton of pictures on your Facebook account, use an image hosting site. Imgur, Photobucket, Flickr, the list goes on.
Does that explain it?

The only pictures that you actually upload to BiM are your avatars and film thumbnails, both of which are glitching up right now. You're linking, not uploading. See the difference? ;)

No. Don't delete them. If you do, they wont show up here. I just post them in a place I want people to see them. If you don't want anyone on Facebook seeing them, you could try posting them listed private, but I'm unsure if that will work.

Besides, Facebook doesn't have an upload limit.

You can link from a Facebook image. I do it myself. I'm not sure if this works in every browser, but in Chrome you can right click the image on Facebook and click open image in new tab/window. From there, you can use the url of the image only, instead of the url of it on Facebook.

Here's an example:

makes this:

Whereas:

makes this:
