Vegas can compress, but it isn't free (though there is a 30day free trial). 

346 isn't a size I think, you need 2 dimensions. E.g. 640x480 (I use that atm).]]></content>

You're probably using the wrong file format when you're compressing your movie then. After you've compressed your movie, is it also blurry when you watch your movie on your computer (with windows media player or a similar program)?]]></content>
