I love writing stories. I even have stories of my own that I'd like others to animate. I always thought there are people who don't like/have trouble writing but love to animate, and there could be more writer/animator pairings. LMK if you're interested via email: holdingourown "at" ymail "dot" com.

Here's a script of the first episode of a sci-fi series I've been writing. Only caveat is that Brick7 must voice Galaxy Girl. Even if it's not the story you're seeking, you can get an idea of my style.

Well, I might be able to help on specific projects. You say 'comic based' - I could well, dare I say it, be the biggest comic [s]nerd[/s] authority here on BiM (both DC, Marvel and a considerable amount of Star Wars EU canon) so if there's anything I can help with on that front then fire away. That said, I'm afraid I don't have the time to actually help write the scripts themselves, but I can offer advice if you have specific plot points or ideas you want help with.
You sound like just what Im looking for! Im a former marvel fanatic (when I was younger (I still love marvel but DC won me over), but this particular short is a battle between Bane and Bats, Id love to hear anything you've got to say about it, if theres somewhere else I could tell you what Im going for that'd be great, trying to keep it on the down low, you know
Sure - just send me a PM with whatever you want help with :)

Hello bim,

Now that summer has arrived for me I can kick into full swing brickfilm mode. But I would like someone (or many) peoples help with my upcoming films. Personally I enjoy the filming/editing aspect of filmmaking much more than the writing portion. I am a terrible writer. I also believe that you cant have a good video without a good story, and I would like some help from the community with that! For instance, I made the mistake of jumping right into a short (but technical) fight scene without really having developed the backstory. I mean, why are the fighting? What is there motivation to continue? etc. I struggle developing these sorts of things, so help would be awesome!
My films are comic based, and as of right now focused around Batman. Yes, I realize commercial films arent really the most supported thing around hear, but its what I do. That being said I have some general ideas for one or two big films I would like to complete in the coming months/weeks, but I wont get anywhere if I cant develop the story.

Sorry if I was unclear on anything, have any questions ask, and please feel free to contact me if you are interested.
Thanks, Bryant
