Try taking a look at Timewarp.  Set the speed to 100, tick "Motion Blur", and change the setting to "Manual".  Don't change anything else, and you should be good to go.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I wouldn't say that it's easy to add motion blur to any object. It takes a great deal of patience and discipline to add motion blur. I will tell you what I do, which is sure to be longer and much more painful than using other programs:


1. I open up GIMP and import two images: one without the object you want to blur, and one with the object

2. Cut the object out of the second frame

3. Put the cut-out on a separate layer

4. Blur the object layer

5. Add shadows where necessary in the object-less frame]]></content>
