My only complaint about this trailer is the lack of background. A baseplate with 2 minifigures doesn't show a whole heck of a lot. You need to give the viewer something to look at other than the protagonists.

Your animation looks good, but the light flickering kind of takes away from it. Make sure your cameras White Balance isn't set to auto, that usually is the cause of most light flickering.

To top things off, the ending text "This Halloween" didn't need to last a long time. Most movies show "Coming this Fall" for a good 3-5 seconds.

Either way, I'm still going to watch it when it comes out because it sounds rather fun.
Yeah, this wasn't supposed to be an actual animation in itself. I was only doing it as a test for camera shake, and decided to use it to make the trailer afterwards. Since I didn't originally think anyone else was going to see this, I didn't make much of a set, but I see your point.

This Halloween, three wizards go on an epic quest, deep into the forests of Greenwood the Great...to ask Thranduil for candy. Unfortunately, not everything goes as planned. Maybe Saruman was right to be so ancy about trick-or-treating?
