			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I've used Timewarp before.  Just set "Speed" to 100, tick "Motion Blur" on, and change it from automatic to manual.  I hope this helped!  :)]]></content>

In After Effects u can add a simple effect called "cc force motion blur". It adds motion blur to moved objects in your animation. It's not very good for fast movements and its easier to use it with a high framerate (i use 24fps).]]></content>

Whoa, that's pretty neat. I didn't know there was a way to use effective motion blur that quickly.

I usually just mask the character frame-by-frame. It's a pain in the rear-end, but it gets some pretty decent looking shots.]]></content>
