			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I've done many experiments of the years to smooth out choppy animation but any that come out semi-decent are very compositing-heavy and probably not worth it.

Like Lech said, best to bite the bullet and take more time in the shooting phase to make it smoother there.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I think the key is to not rely on digital effects to smooth out your animation but to make smoother animation.  Those are the best options you have for After Effects.]]></content>
