			<content type="html"><![CDATA[if you get after effects using a student discount its not that much to buy, as for free software.. there isnt much out there for doing VFX that is free that works well so good luck or another suggestion would be to ask someone who has after effects to do it for you like jonn.]]></content>

I've been wanting to make a Doctor Who brickfilm for a while. I was just wondering how to make regeneration effects and what programs I'll need (nothing expensive like After Effects, I'm not a millionaire)
