			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I like h.264 for YouTube uploads as well. 100% quality if possible.

If you really wanna get the best though, blow your video up to 2K resolution and upload that. (A resolution of 2048 x whatever). YouTube doesn't compress 2k video as heavily, so the end result looks nicer.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Basically what minifig said. If you're losing quality, you're most likely using a file format that YouTube doesn't like. They recommend using a MPEG4/H.264 format for the best HD results.]]></content>
