			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Well, I try to make sure that there is no natural light coming in from outside.  I also wear dark clothing and try to not move out-of-view stuff around too much as I am animating a shot.  If there are any automatic lighting or focus settings on your camera, it's good to change them all to manual, if possible.  If not, it would be good to get a camera that can do that.  I don't think the lights would be a problem as long as there is no visible flicker, and the power source is constant. (Wall-powered with no large power consuming appliances running nearby)  Yeah I think that's about it.]]></content>
