			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Frozen Art has what is probably the smoothest animation of all THAC entries, and that means a lot for this contest. The joke is good, and told very well. The film does have some flaws, though: in contrast with most other shortlisted films, the theme is not implemented in a very original way in Frozen Art. Additionally, the sound design is very basic and could have done with some more effort. Overall, though, Frozen Art isn't bad at all!]]></content>
