			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Thanks for the feedback guys!  I noticed the sharpness was too high...after I filmed it :o and that last arm movement was way out of sync compared to the flames :( 
@MouseDroid  I really didn't think of the reflections and glow...oh well, it is a test after all.  I'm new to After Effects, but have used GIMP for years so I have a little bit of an idea of what I'm doing.  I'll have to find some tutorials and make that better...]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[That was pretty good. First off, the animation was pretty smooth. Good job with the blending mode for the flames. The tracking on his hands could use a little more work though. And another nuance that would really sell the effect is adding a little glow that comes from the flames and reflects on him and his surroundings (walls, floor, etc.). Overall, you did a good job with it.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Yes!  I finally had a few minutes and finished this test using Adobe After Effects CS6 and Action Essentials 2 :D 
Please let me know what you think and what mistakes you saw.  This was so much fun!
