Hey, everybody! The mouth animations in this movie are unlike anything I've ever seen before, and I'd like to know if anybody has the slightest clue how to do it. I can see that the actor's mouth is motion tracked, and the tracking data is used to warp (or transform) a minifig mouth.

How does one apply the data to the minifig mouth? Do you draw a mask with vertices on the actor's mouth, and use the RotAE script to track the points to the mouth? Please help!
