Yes, only I never used to use Monkeyjam or Sony Vegas. I used WMM. I just got Sony Vegas and Monkeyjam. This is what I did before:

1.Import the pictures to my computer.

2.Put them in my stop motion folder.

3.Open WMM and import the pictures.

You can't post the video on a public video sharing site like Youtube or Vimeo, but you can upload it to a site where you require a hyperlink to view the film. Like rockfootage.org or Mediafire.

I strongly disadvice you to use brickshelf as a host, the site has crashed a few times becuase people have been uploading larger files than they should, Brickshelf is an image hosting site.
1. How do I send a downloadable version of a video on an E-mail?
Insert a hyperlink to the file in the e-mail
2. How and where do I post a video on the forums?
When your film is uploaded to a website (brickshelf, youtube, vimeo etc) you post a thread about it in the "Releases" section. You must insert a link to your film in the post of course.

Soon, Schlaeps will have the directory up and running and we could upload vidoes directly to BiM :D
3. How do I compress a video and keep good quality?
When you have your compression software, compress the file a few times at different sizes and compare. Small size compromises quality.
4. Do I need to capture frames then put them on Sony Vegas? I have Sony Vegas 8.0
You need to capture your frames with a separate program (use SMA or MonkeyJam) assuming you use a webcam. Then, save the file as .AVI and import the video file into Vegas to do effects.
I will post anymore questions that I have if I need to. Sorry if I am wasting your time.
