My brother and I are putting together a short film, and we need a narrator who sounds like the one from the old Veggie Tales' 'Silly Song with Larry'. 
(If you're not sure who I'm talking about, look up 'Silly Songs with Larry' on Youtube. The songs 'I Love my Lips', 'The Dance of the Cucumber', and  'Oh Where is my Hairbrush' are good examples.)
The narrator has two short paragraphs.
