			<content type="html"><![CDATA[It's the Gain that's the main problem.  If the Gain is really high, it causes light flicker because that setting increases the camera's sensitivity to light changes caused by reflections.
But first, you need to get one more lamp.  If you lower the Gain now, the picture will be too dark.  You need to add lots of light so you can lower the Gain and the other light settings and still have the picture be bright enough.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[OK, go into the "Advanced settings" in the camera software and under the tab of the same name you will see a bunch of sliders. (Exposure, Gain, White Balance, Ect.) The top two will probably be on auto, uncheck the box and your problem should be solved. ;)]]></content>

First, what are your camera settings? (Do you have the right light and auto-correct settings off?)
Are you blocking all the natural light?
Are you wearing white/bright colored clothing?
Are you getting out of the way before capturing each frame?

Those are the main things which cause flickering, the number of lamps doesn't really have anything to do with it.]]></content>

I am having problems with light flickers. I always used to use just one lamp, and it flickered a little but now I bought one more lamp and it get worse!!!
I would be glad if someone post a picture of your set with the ilumination,
