I don't own a QC9000, but I imagine it would be helpful if we could see your lighting setup and maybe a screencap of your camera's settings.

On an unrelated note, unless this was just a test frame, the character's face seems slightly out of focus.]]></content>

Well... how would [i]I[/i] know if I was *cough*permanetaly*cough* banned from The World's Largest Official Brickfilming Chat AND that I can't go on Skype because I can't open DMG files?

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Mess around with the focus a little. Focus out. You are to focused on the torso and not on the face. 
As for the graininess on any unfocused object I always seem to get that problem with my QuickCam.
