I think the timing and spacing of your frames is way off, he should have alot less frames taken if you want a fast motion, such as him spinning round with the sword, as this is much more lifelike.. try looking at real martial art videos and study the timing between frames and how long stuff takes to do, then apply it to your animation here.

And the obvious camera/light bumps but im guessing this was just an animation test.. but yeah.

Keep working on it and show us again.]]></content>
