No.  40 watt bulbs.

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I use that camera, but not the software.  So I can help you with a few things (the last two things you asked);

Resolution: 1280x720 is good.  Keep using that.

Camera Settings: Here's mine.  Optimal results when used with at least three lamps.

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[As you can see from the title I use a Logitech  Quick Cam and HFrog to do my animating! My question iswhat settings do I want to set my camera to? I have the option of RGB24 or I420 for Color Space/ Compression. What out put size do I use? I currentally use 1280/720 should I go higher? And what should a do with Exposure, Gain, Color Intensity, Brightness etc.]]></content>
