			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Help with set building]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I was looking at some mocs for insparation and came across an awsome building technique [used frequently] but don't know how to do it. I searched the internet four about 45min and found nothing. I just need someone who knows how or has done it before to help me by telling me how to do it. Ok so they take normal brick make like a wall then lay it on its side and can some how build on top of it!

NOTE: usually used as base of a moc.]]></content>
