Not necessarily, it all depends on the scene and what you want to say with it. If it's some dangerous guy walking towards the protagonist the footstep can sound loud (almost like drums).]]></content>

I think I had a better source a while ago that had the footsteps actually at 15 fps, but it's gone now; I may try to find it if I have time later. But this way, you can edit it in audacity to conform to whatever length of time you need, then save and use for all your films. Hope this helped!]]></content>
