			<content type="html"><![CDATA[720p is a resolution of 1280x720. 2K is 2048x1556. 2K is used in cinemas, I think. Or 4K.

You can use almost anything to render an image/footage in HD, but that doesn't make it super high quality.

Unless the footage or image is 1280x720 or more natively, all you're doing is making it larger with the expense of quality.]]></content>

No, AE CS4 automaticly renders it in HD. It's quite usefull.
