			<content type="html"><![CDATA[With voices, it doesn't really matter if you're not doing mouth animation.
I do it after because it's easier.

With sound effects, those should always be done after.  You have more flexibility and room for error that way.
In general, it's easier to sync audio to animation then to sync animation to audio.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[After, definitely after. It's ok to do everything before you start animating, but it'd be a whole lot easier if you did audio in the editing stages (especially when you have other people voicing in your film).]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[What works best for me is completely all the shots and then going in to doing all the sound editing. I really don't care when I get the lines, just because I usually easily edit the footage to go with the lines anyway, all it is is nodding and bringing the arms up and down.
