I really appreciate both of your comments.

@Repelling Spider Thank you for the compliment. I wanted to practice the animating before I masked the shots out, but in future films I will.

@Mighty Wanderer Thank you for your critique, it will most certainly help me improve. :) I tried to put easing in and out in my animations but it seems like I need a lot more practice on it. Oh well, more work for me... ;)

Pretty good! Here is my critique on the tests one by one:
Helmet open: Smooth, but something didn't look right... I can't place it, though.
Missile Explosion: Very nice!
Dodging: It actually looked like the clone was knocked down a bit by the stick, not actually dodging it. When he pops back up and hits the other guy does look good, though. ;)
Barrel Hit: Looked great, but woudl've been better if if was masked.
Disappearing/Reappearing: Great!
Flying Kick: It was too fast, and didn't look very realistic. Easing in and out would fix this. (Check Fancypants' tutorial on Easing in/out)
Rocking Chair: Pretty much the same problem as the Flying Kick - needs easing in/out.
Fist Fight #1: Looks nice! I like the bounce-back you used, but it also needs some easing in/out.
Fist Fight #2: Also very good!
Jumping over obstacle: The animation was pretty good, but the ninja jumped too far over to the left.
Rock Throw: Easing in/out would also make this one better.
Smoke Blast: It looked just fine except the guy with the gun fell back and stopped. Bounce-back would fix that.
Frankenstein's Walk: Great!
Snapping a Staff: That test looked especiallly good! ;)
Cycling and Falling: Looked good, but a few more frames for the fall/impact would make the it more realistic.
Staff Whack: Nice!
FPS: The animation was a bit choppy, and I could see a bit of the rig in the bottom right corner. :P
Ninja Fight: Pretty good, but it was a bit short and the last kick needed easing in/out.

Overall the tests looked pretty nice - keep it up! ;)
