Download the [url=http://www.xvid.org/]Xvid video codec[/url], compress it with [url=http://www.virtualdub.org/]Virtualdub[/url] (video > compression > Xvid MPEG4 codec) and then save it as an AVI. Windows Movie maker has a bad compression. Compress the video after editing it in WMM, or get an editing software that lets you choose what codec you want to use.]]></content>

Yes it does somewhat. And depending on your export settings in WMM it may compress it more or less.]]></content>
