No. Logitech usually updates their stuff quickly to new operating systems. No need to throw the fault on them for you not updating your software. And I'd still like to have a look at the STOP_ERROR code.]]></content>

Strange.  I have a laptop, too (it's only 2 years old).  It's got Windows 7, and both my Quickcam Pro 9000 and my Logitech wireless mouse work fine.  I've never had a problem with either.]]></content>

Also see if you can find a camera and take a picture of the BSoD, I'll look up the error number for you and tell you what it's all about. I remember getting BSoD's due to my quickcam software. I updated it and it worked just fine. That was back in 2009 though.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[That doesn't happen with me, but if I use the Logitech Webcam Software, my computer will not recognize any USB's that are plugged in after the fact. I don't know what the problem is, but I just steer away from using the program.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I've used it for over a year on my old windows XP laptop, and it's always been fine. I've been using it with dragonframe on my new computer and it seems to run ok, unless I don't take any pictures for a while, because the picture will freeze. Now when I try to use it directly through the logitech quick capture software, I get the Blue Screen of Death. I've done a few searches and it seems that it's not an isolated incident, so I was wondering if anyone here had encountered the same problem?]]></content>
