			<content type="html"><![CDATA[What are your computer specs? I had that happening on my old Acer Aspire laptop which had horrible specs (ugh, intergrated GeForce 9600GS and 1.9 GHz dual core processor). If your computer can't handle the raw video that it spits out in avi format, try and put it through Vegas /Movie Maker or whatever you use to compress it. If it works after that, that means that it's your computer specs being low and not a problem with MonkeyJam.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Hey guys im new and this is my first post :D  and I have just started Brickfilming but have run into some problems. So I'm using Monkeyjam and a quickcam pro 9000 for filming and everything works just find and look clear until I export. Then it just gets all fuzzy and choppy. If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated!
