What camera are you using?

Judging by that you said "anti-flicker", it's a Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000, right?
I don't know if anti-flicker causes light flicker or not, but it sounds like an automatic setting. Besides, names can be deciving. I have it turned off, and I don't have any light flicker.

It could also be that your light settings are too high. That causes light flicker because the camera is more sensitive to reflecting light. Especially the Gain setting, that one has to go down low. This is about where I have my settings now. No light flicker with those settings.

The picture will only be bright enough on those settings if you have at least 3 lamps, sans paper. Less than 3 lamps and/or with paper will make the lighting too dim.

No matter what, while animating I always get light flicker. Good amount of light, anti-flicker on, I'm away from my set when I capture the frame, lamps don't ever move, blinds shut tight, I wear dark clothing and yet I still get an annoying amounts of light flicker! Any tips?
