I think what he's trying to say is that someone who has animation skill wouldn't always be good at organizing projects. The two have nothing to do with eachother. I think I know what your logic is. Contests and projects get more entries when a respected member runs them. Yes, people who are good at animation are usually respected in the community, but that's really a minor factor when you need someone to organize a contest. What matters the most is maturity, which would make sure the person would take responsibility and handle things right. Most older members have experience, which is why they are mature and are good animators. That's why some people mistakenly think that those factors are what makes a member respected, when they are just results of the real reason.[/quote]
