Well, like I said, too bad. These things should have been addressed prior to animating/filming. It is why people use greenscreens. If possible, try isolating the transparent bricks using individual masks and tweak them until they fit your need. For example, adjust their transparency separate from the rest of the scene, key out the background, or change selective change certain colors to make it blend with the new background.

Sorry for these errors in my post, but I've just learned in English right punctation and I know that English uses punctation marks less than other languages, e. g. my Polish. Maybe I'll correct my post right now.
You have footage, you can mask out the background, but what do you mean background under transparent element? Do you have transparent objects in the scene with the original background behind it? If so...tough luck, should have gotten some green poster boards from your local office supply chain.

Otherwise, please elaborate with some screenshots.
Yes, I just meant background under the transparent objects. These objects are bricks, that's why I named them elements :)

Hello!
I have a problem with a background, which I have to put in the scene in AAE instead of another background on the film set. I can do this in simple way in AAE with masks or rotoscoping, not with chroma keying. In my scene there are different colors of bricks, which can vanish and spoil my whole effects in my video material. But there is a new problem with rotoscoping and mask effects in AE - I can't put the background under transparent bricks in my film props. If possible I can spare money on printing of big backgrounds on paper sheets bigger than of A4 size. How can I solve this problem? Thanks in advance!
