if you want a really good free program, try WAX 2.0.
it works well and may have only, like, 7 effects, but if you combine them correctly, they can work great!

If you've got experience with tough programs for example adobe after effects or sony vegas like i do, it should be easy. if you don't, then that's perfectly normal and you should just look at tutorials. just PM me if you need more help. ;)]]></content>

Sony Vegas and Adobe Premiere are more advanced video editing programs that have more features than WMM. Lightworks is also a video editing program, and it's said to be better than WMM, though I haven't really tried it myself.]]></content>
