			<content type="html"><![CDATA[What you do is download the old version then download the new version. And if that doesn't work just download the old version(and uninstall the new one) and just plug the webcam in. I'll see if I can email you the old version.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Logitech came out with a new version of the software that has the White Balance control. For me, a window popped up one day asking me if I wanted to update the software. The next time I used it, I had control of the white balance.]]></content>
