I just used the basic wiggler effect in After Effects. If you don't have After Effects though, you can move the picture around frame by frame in whatever other editing program you have, or just actually more the camera (which is what I've done up until previously).

Do you just move the camera slightly for each frame, or is there a program?

(And just by the by, this doesn't mean I'm back into brickfilming. I just made the raw footage on a whim, and did a bunch of vfx for the shot, and this is how it turned out.)

Edit: Well, I guess I will have to spell it out. Everyone knows about the war in the middle east, no? The video shows that our American history is that we often go to war without too terribly much as far as cause goes, and that we like to get ourselves involved in different countries' affairs. I hope I've explained well enough now ;)  and the dude firing the rocket is suppose to be American, I completely forgot to tie that into the video. :sweat:]]></content>
