			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Click 'File' then 'Export'. I haven't used Elements 9, but you should be given a choice of formats you can save your video in (.wmv, .avi, .mov for example). Pick which one you think would be best and export it. You will then have a file that you can upload to YouTube.]]></content>
