			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Well, if you want clouds, why don't you sticky some LEGO clouds on your background blue poster. Then, when you take the pic just move the cloud a bit along with the other minifigs or what have you.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[The only really nice way to do it is in After Effects which is really expensive but I would say take some pictures of clouds and touch them up in Gimp and composite them onto your video.]]></content>
