You have focus flicker, which means you have autofocus on. Turn your focus to manual.

You're also bumping your camera. Build a cradle out of Lego pieces or tape it down or something, just make sure it doesn't move. Are you pressing a button on your camera to take a picture? If so, plug your camera into a computer and use a frame capture program. Or, get a remote so you can take a picture without pressing the button. If you can do either of these, press the button very lightly.

And another thing, don't turn the minifigs' hands all the way around when they're talking. It's way too unrealistic. Try moving one of the arms (or both) up and down and turning the hands slightly.]]></content>

Is this a problem with me bumping the camera, or is the focus getting messed up?
