			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Actually, the blood effect was a real-life liquid Keshen put under the box, and then filmed in live action for it. Just a little fyi ;)

But if you want to digitally add blood, I would suggest Photoshop (especially with that much money to burn), or if you want to be free, I would suggest GIMP, it's like Photoshop, but free and safe.

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[You should get particle illusion se: It is pretty cheap and has many effects including the blood effect that keshen8 uses. It also allows you to edit the effects right on top of a pre-made stop-motion!! Hope this helps!]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Well, I would probably use blender and use some fluid simulations and put it on a black background, then later remove the black and place it over top of the footage. A bit advanced, but it's what i would do. That, or use stock footage.]]></content>

Thanks, but no thanks.
I just want to do a sort of dripping blood effect, similar to what Keshen8 uses for various Brickfilms such as 'Cardboard Gear Solid'.
