			<content type="html"><![CDATA[I wouldn't necessarily say it was too fast, but try to ease in and out of your characters movements. For instance, when moving an arm, first frame move it a little bit, first frame move it again but a little more than last time and gradually build up to the speed of the movement you want then reverse the process to a stop. This could all happen within 5 frames or even less depending on what you want. Get me? Probably not a good description, but you could search the forums for more details on this technique.
