			<content type="html"><![CDATA[You can't submit a film that is not available to watch.  That would defeat the purpose of the directory.  I'll just reject the film; if you ever upload it to YouTube or a similar site, feel free to submit it.

On a sidenote, TOY entries aren't allowed to be posted until after the contest deadline.]]></content>
