The amount of memory, etc. filled by these unneeded accounts is negligible, but I like the idea of having an accurate member count.]]></content>

If you go to the User List I was stunned at how many banned people there are, most of which were spam bots who just posted an irrelevant advertisement and then did nothing. These accounts should probably be deleted.]]></content>

The thing is that most of the time when I get requests like this, the person changes his mind the next week and feels sort of silly since it's totally reversible.]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[Yup, it is something we generally avoid doing as it can be perceived as rewriting history, allowing people to avoid the consequences of all the stupid posts they made, and it makes threads the deleted user started disappear.
